Sharing your user name, email and password with any other person who is not a member of Club Veloce LTD or making it available to multiple third party users on a network is strictly prohibited. 10. Competitions

 

These rules (“Rules”) apply to all prize promotions including free draws giveaways, and competitions unless otherwise stated on this website. There may be additional rules depending on the nature of the competition imposed by Club Veloce LTD (or third parties) and each prize promotion may be subject to it's own express terms.

 

10.1. Winners of any competition must be at least 18 years of age unless stated, or where notified in the competition rules anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age may be required before a winner can claim a prize.

10.2. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.

10.3. There will be NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter a Club Veloce LTD competition unless otherwise stated on this website or via a related communication channel.

 

10.4. All entries for a competition must be made in accordance with the Rules and must be completed by the noted closing date, otherwise they will be deemed invalid. Club Veloce LTD accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of despatch shall not be proof of entry.

 

10.5. Club Veloce LTD will reserve the right without advance notice to cancel a competition or substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

 

10.6. By entering a competition by Club Veloce LTD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

10.7. Competition winners will be notified in writing, by email, or by WhatsApp LLC within 2 weeks of the official closing date. If a winner fails to respond to claim his/her prize within those 14 days of receipt of the notification, Club Veloce LTD shall be entitled to select an alternative winner by the same original method, and the new winner shall be notified by the above methods.

10.8. Club Veloce LTD’s decision is final and odds of winning a competition depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

 

10.9. Competitions are open to all members of Club Veloce LTD, except employees, promoters and their immediate families and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the competition.

 

10.10. Club Veloce LTD will at no time accept responsibility for loss of prizes through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry will not automatically become proof of receipt.

10.11. Club Veloce LTD will at no time be liable if a prize does not reach a winner for any reason outside the control of Club Veloce LTD, or if a prize is damaged during delivery to the correct address.

 

10.12. Competition winners will receive their prize/s within 6 weeks of notification of winning, unless otherwise stated on this website or by WhatsApp LLC. The terms and conditions of a third party competition supplier may apply and must be accepted and complied with by the winner to accept the prize.

 

10.13. It is your responsibility to ensure that when entering a competition, your employer is in agreement to time off, if won. If a date is specified on the competition, it cannot be altered.

10.14. Club Veloce LTD hereby excludes all liability for any cost or expense, loss, damage, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any competition or any aspect of the prize, other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Club Veloce LTD

Club Veloce LTD does not assume any liability for the actions of participants, including but not limited to dangerous driving, speeding, or any other violations of traffic laws.

3. Route and Accommodation Provision: Club Veloce LTD facilitates events by providing suggested routes and accommodation options for the convenience of participants. However, the selection and use of these routes and accommodations are entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the participants.

4. Release of Liability: By participating in the event, participants hereby release Club Veloce LTD, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or damages to property.

5. Compliance with Laws: Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the jurisdictions through which they travel during the event. Any violation of these laws is the sole responsibility of the participant.

8. Reservation of Rights: Club Veloce LTD reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the event, or to deny participation to any individual, at its sole discretion and without liability.

By participating in the event, participants indicate their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. If any participant does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from participating in the event.

Club Veloce LTD recommends all participants to drive safely, responsibly, and within the bounds of the law at all times.

12. Limitation of Club Veloce LTD’s Liability

 

12.1. Club Veloce will not be liable to any member or user for any loss or damage caused by Club Veloce LTD or its employees or sponsors in circumstances where:

12.1.2. such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or

 

12.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit Club Veloce’s liability for:
